Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Salas Concrete, Inc., trading as Salas Outdoor, collects when you use www.salasconcrete.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It describes the tracking that is genuinely installed on this site, not a generic list.

Information you give us

The contact form on this site asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and a message. We use those details for one purpose: to reply to you about the work you are asking about, and to arrange a site visit and an estimate. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to a marketing list.

Form submissions are delivered by a form handling service operated by CalTech Web at forms.caltechweb.com, which emails the submission to us and keeps a delivery record. If you would rather not use the form, email us at info@salasconcrete.com.

Phone numbers

If you give us a phone number, we use it only to reach you about your enquiry and your project. We do not use it for marketing campaigns and we do not share it.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and which links they use, so we know what to improve. It sets cookies in your browser and collects the usual technical information: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We also record when someone taps a phone link, an email link, a directions link or submits the contact form. These are counted as events, not tied to a name, and they exist so we can tell which parts of the site actually lead to a conversation. The analytics tag only loads on the live www.salasconcrete.com domain, not on preview builds.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the browser add-on Google publishes for that purpose, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Advertising

We run Google Ads campaigns. When an ad brings you to this site, Google may set cookies that let us see which campaign led to an enquiry. That measurement is aggregate: it tells us a campaign produced a lead, not who you are.

Bot protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile collects limited technical signals from your browser to make that decision. It does not build an advertising profile and it does not track you across other websites.

Hosting and logs

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short lived server logs containing IP addresses and request details, which exist for security and troubleshooting.

Photographs

Every photograph on this site is of a project our crews built. Images are published with the homeowner's permission, and they are framed on the work rather than on anyone's house number or license plate. If you are a past customer and you would like a photo of your property removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete your enquiry and the details in it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, by any method, at any time.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser, which stops the analytics tracking.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information a business collects and the right to ask for it to be deleted. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children

This site is aimed at homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or what we use it for, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top of it.
