These terms cover your use of www.salasconcrete.com, operated by Salas Concrete, Inc., trading as Salas Outdoor. By using the site you agree to them. They govern the website only. The contract for any construction work is the written agreement we sign with you, and that document controls if anything here appears to conflict with it.

Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this site is a quote. Cost ranges in our articles are published to help you plan and they reflect typical Central Valley work at the time of writing. Real prices depend on square footage, finish, access to the yard, demolition, subgrade conditions, reinforcement, drainage work and material costs on the day.

An estimate becomes binding only when it is in writing, issued by us, and accepted by you. Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached to asking for one. Where a written estimate sets a square footage allowance and the finished work uses less, the difference is credited back to you.

Accuracy of the site

We work hard to keep this site accurate, and we deliberately leave out any number we cannot point to a source for. Even so, content can go out of date. Permit rules, water restrictions, rebate programs and material prices all change, and the reliable answer is always the one you get from the relevant city or district counter, or from us in writing.

Photographs and content

The photographs on this site are of projects our own crews built and are published with permission. Text, layout, design and images are our property or used with permission, and they are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written consent. If you are a past customer and want a photograph of your property removed, tell us and we will remove it.

Third party links

We link to Google, Yelp, Nextdoor and Facebook because they hold information you may want to check. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Using the contact form

Please send us accurate information and do not use the form for anything abusive, unlawful or automated. The form is protected against automated submissions and we may decline to respond to anything that looks like spam.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California law, or any obligation we owe you under a signed construction agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Fresno County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the effective date above, is the one that applies.
